BASE
Half-Body. $45 USD
Full-Body. $50 USDEXTRAS
Commercial use +100% original price.
Extra character +15% original price.PayPal payment commission included in the price. There will be more pricing depending on the complexity of the drawing.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be before sketch.I reserve the right to increase the price if you request a high difficulty drawing, and the payment will always be made via PayPal, all prices are stated in USD.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard: 7 to 14 days.
Express (+30% original price): 3 to 5 days.Please keep in mind that I put quality ahead of speed, so I can bring you the best possible service.
I WILL DO
oc's, fanart, self-insert. sfw & nsfw (suggestive content, nudity, pornography, light fetish.) less experience: strong/hard fetish (extra cost)
I WON'T DO
high detailed backgrounds, armor, mecha, robot, gore, furry or bestiality (i'll do any character with cat/dog or any animal ears)

GENERAL TERMS
The payment must be done before I start with any sketch/coloring, so please, be sure that you want to commission me, I do not make refunds.I can reject your request without giving any explanation.I will keep you up to date with the progress of your project and notify you if there are any delays.If you have been accepted, but you do not send your payment or do not respond on time, I have the right to cancel, move to other commissions or wait for you to make the full payment without continuing with your request.Due to possible personal problems (not feeling well mentally at the moment or any personal problem) I take from 4 to 45 days on finishing a commission. If you think this will be a problem, please avoid making a request.Do not request a certain art style from me. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.
REFUNDS TERMS
You will not request any PayPal chargeback. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.I do not accept refunds, only in case I cannot finish the order (I will discuss it with you personally)Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds available once I have started working after the sketch.Once the final product has been delivered, there will be no refund.

Participants.elihii - the artist.
You, who is willing to commission elihii - the customer.The rights of each piece the artist produces, belong to the artist. This means I am allowed to:- Show the final product in my portfolio/social media/as an example of my commission's list (unless stated otherwise).However, as the artist, I am not allowed to:- Sell the final product in my own merch. Re-sell the drawing in any form.If at any time I break or disobey any of these clauses, you are entitled to a full refund (even if the final product has already been delivered).The customer's rights: you are allowed to use the piece for personal use in any case (it means you can't profit/create merch/earn money with the final product).- Personal use includes Twitch emotes, PFP, banner, etc.If you don't own the commercial rights over the final product, as the customer, you are not allowed to:- Sell the final product in your merch. Re-sell the drawing in any way. Make monetary profit of the drawing in any way.Clients must give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my Twitter (@elihdraws) when reposting my artwork. Please credit me when used. Failure to provide proper credit will usually result in being blacklisted in the future.If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way, and if needed, issue a DMCA takedown (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).Once you, the client, have placed your order with me, the artist, the clauses will automatically apply to both participants even if you have not read these terms.
