These Terms of Service can change at any moment, without prior advise. However, if these change after your request, it will be subject to the previous.• THE PAYMENT MUST BE DONE BEFORE I START WITH ANY SKETCH/COLORING, SO PLEASE, BE SURE THAT YOU WANT TO COMMISSION ME, I DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS.• I can reject your request without giving any explanation.• I will keep you up to date with the progress of your project and notify you if there are any delays.• If you have been accepted, but you do not send your payment or do not respond on time, I have the right to cancel, move to other commissions or wait for you to make the full payment without continuing with your request.• Due to possible personal problems (light depression or not feeling well mentally at the moment) I take from 4 to 45 days on finishing a commission. If you think this will be a problem, please avoid making a request.• Do not request a certain art style from me. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.
♡ Payment terms ♡
• Payment will always be made via PayPal, all prices are stated in USD.• Full payment will be made before the sketch, without exceptions.• I reserve the right to increase the price if you request a high difficulty drawing.
♡ Refund terms ♡
• You will not request any PayPal chargeback. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.• I do not accept refunds, only in case I cannot finish the order
(I will discuss it with you personally)• Once the final product has been delivered, there will be no refund.• Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds available once I have started working after the sketch.

You, who is willing to commission elihii: the customer.• The artist's rights:
The rights of each piece the artist produces, belong to the artist.
This means I, the artist, am allowed to:
• Show the final product in my portfolio/social media/as an example of my commissions' list (unless stated otherwise). ✔However, as the artist, I am not allowed to:
• Sell the final product in my own merch. ✘
• Re-sell the drawing in any form. ✘If at any time I, the artist, were to break or disobey any of these clauses, you, the customer, are entitled to a full refund (even if the final product has already been delivered).• The customer's rights:
You, the customer, are allowed to use the piece for personal use in any case (it means you can't profit/create merch/earn money with the final product).
• Personal use includes Twitch emotes, PfP, banner, etc. ✔If you don't own the commercial rights over the final product, as the customer, you are not allowed to:
• Sell the final product in your merch. ✘
• Re-sell the drawing in any way. ✘
• Make monetary profit of the drawing in any way. ✘• Clients must give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my Twitter (@elihdraws) when reposting my artwork. Please credit me when used on Twitch, Discord or anywhere else by leaving a link to my Twitter. Failure to provide proper credit will usually result in being blacklisted in the future.• If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way, and if needed, issue a DMCA takedown.
(Digital Millennium Copyright Act).Once you, the client, have placed your order with me, the artist, the clauses will automatically apply to both participants even if you have not read these terms.Thank you for taking the time to read my terms over!

Keep in mind that I'm not able to add a comment section, so they will be private and I will be the only one able to read them.
I have made a waiting list to be able to organize myself better.
On twitter I have a limit of 3 commissions. There are 10 on the waiting list, those 10 will be waiting as soon as the 3 finish to accept 3 more, and so on.
